TMZ reports that American Express has filed a lawsuit against rapper, Nelly, to obtain money he owes them on a credit card.
According to TMZ the suit, which was filed back in October in Missouri, says that Nelly failed to pay $20, 403.64, plus they are asking for an additional $3000 for lawyer fees. The court hearing is scheduled for January 9th.
