Gucci Mane appeared in the State Court of DeKalb County and asked for a reduced sentence today (October 28), according to Atlanta’s WGCL-TV. The case stems from an incident in which a woman was pushed out a moving car in January, after she allegedly refused a sexual proposition from the rapper. That caused Gucci to pick up two counts of battery, two counts of reckless conduct, and disorderly conduct. This is just one more incident in a long string of court appearances for Gucci Mane. Despite a Tweet last week from fellow Brick Squad member Waka Flocka that said, “Gucci home,” on October 21st, Gucci remains incarcerated.
